Note: If England have any world cup knockout matches on Tuesday evenings then the venue will almost certainly be unavailable for chess as the social club will be showing the match. Hopefully England take a chess-friendly route to world cup glory with no Tuesday games!

If any of the above are applicable to you then you're more than welcome to North Bristol Chess Club! The club is open to anyone, with games played on a Tuesday night starting at 7.30 PM until 11.00 PM. Games are played in a fun and sociable atmosphere.

We are a friendly, social club and have teams in the Bristol & District Chess League.

We have a thriving group of junior players at the club. Junior players are always welcome.
